through Sunday October 26, 2025.

Room reservations at the Crown Plaza Hotel KOP can be made by calling 1-610-265-7500 identify yourself as members of Most Excellent Grand Chapter Holy Royal Arch Mason. Room block name: Holy Royal Arch. Room rates are $139.00 per night, plus tax. The deadline for advanced registration is Friday, October 3rd, 2025.

REGISTRATION
Pre-registration fee for the Grand Convocation is $170.00 which includes lunch Saturday, and
one Dinner Dance Ticket. On-site registration is $185.00 and includes lunch on Saturday but
does not include a Dinner Dance ticket. The deadline for pre-registration is Friday, October 10th,
2025.

MEMORIAL SERVICE
The Memorial Service for our deceased Companions, during the year 2024-2025, will be held on
Friday October 24th, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. at the Crown Plaza Philadelphia Hotel 260 Mall Blvd
KOP Pa. 19406.

ANNUAL DINNER DANCE

Our 205th Annual Dinner Dance will be held at the Crown Plaza Philadelphia Hotel, 260 Mall
Blvd, KOP, Pa 19406. We will be celebrating several community advocates. Tickets are $80 for
those who are not pre-registered. Deadline for all ticket purchases is Friday, October 15th, 2025.
To commemorate this Annual Dinner Dance, we will have a Souvenir Journal. Full page Ads –
$50.00; Half page Ads – $35.00; Quarter page Ads – $20.00; Back Cover Inside/Outside $200
each. Deadline for Ads will be Monday October 6th, 2025. All Right Excellent Elected and
Appointed Grand Chapter Officers are expected to purchase at least one (1) full-page Ad and will
receive one ticket with their registration. They are encouraged to bring their spouse/significant others
to dance and enjoy! All checks should be made payable to the M.E.G.C., Holy Royal Arch Masons And forwarded to:

You may use Cashapp to Pre-register for the Grand Convocation, you MUST put in the memo field “Pre-registration”.  And pay the full amount.

The Grand Chapter Cashapp is $MEGCpha

You may pay for Pre-registration, AD money, Banquet Money (for additional Tickets), etc. The catch is they must be separate payments so that we can easily track what is what.  The only receipt that you will get will be from Cashapp.  If you pay for an Ad through Cashapp you must still submit your Ad per the instructions in Proclamation #3.
