Room Reservations<\/strong><\/span>
Room reservations at the Crown Plaza Hotel KOP can be made by calling 1-610-265-7500 identify yourself as members of Most Excellent Grand Chapter Holy Royal Arch Mason. Room block name: Holy Royal Arch<\/strong>. Room rates are $139.00 per night, plus tax.<\/strong> The deadline for advanced registration is Friday, October 3rd, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

REGISTRATION<\/strong>
Pre-registration fee for the Grand Convocation is $170.00 which includes lunch Saturday, and
one Dinner Dance Ticket. On-site registration is $185.00 and includes lunch on Saturday but
does not include a Dinner Dance ticket.<\/strong> The deadline for pre-registration is Friday, October 10th,
2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

MEMORIAL SERVICE<\/span>
The Memorial Service for our deceased Companions, during the year 2024-2025, will be held on
Friday October 24th, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. at the Crown Plaza Philadelphia Hotel 260 Mall Blvd
KOP Pa. 19406.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ANNUAL DINNER DANCE<\/span><\/strong>

Our 205th Annual Dinner Dance will be held at the Crown Plaza Philadelphia Hotel, 260 Mall
Blvd, KOP, Pa 19406. We will be celebrating several community advocates. Tickets are $80 for
those who are not pre-registered. Deadline for all ticket purchases is Friday, October 15th, 2025.
To commemorate this Annual Dinner Dance, we will have a Souvenir Journal. Full page Ads –
$50.00; Half page Ads – $35.00; Quarter page Ads – $20.00; Back Cover Inside\/Outside $200
each. Deadline for Ads will be Monday October 6th, 2025. All Right Excellent Elected and
Appointed Grand Chapter Officers are expected to purchase at least one (1) full-page Ad and will
receive one ticket with their registration. They are encouraged to bring their spouse\/significant others
to dance and enjoy!<\/strong> All checks should be made payable to the M.E.G.C., Holy Royal Arch Masons And forwarded to: <\/span><\/strong>
